Shipping Policy: Aura Origins

1. Shipping Rates

We offer a simple flat shipping rate of R90 on all orders across South Africa.


2. Delivery Timeframes

We use Aramex South Africa for all local deliveries.

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Main Centers: 8–11 business days
  • Regional & Outlying Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on your local service frequency and courier delays.

Main Centers include:
Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Rustenburg, Pietermaritzburg, Stellenbosch, and Richards Bay.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to factors beyond our control.


3. Dispatch Schedule

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Outlying Area Surcharges

While we strive to maintain our flat shipping rate, certain remote locations classified as “Remote Outlying Areas” by Aramex may incur an additional delivery surcharge.

If your address falls within one of these zones, we will contact you via email before dispatching your order to discuss any additional shipping costs.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email containing your Aramex Waybill Number.

You can track your parcel in real-time via the Aramex South Africa website.


6. Signature Upon Delivery

For security and insurance purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

Please ensure that someone is available at your chosen delivery address during business hours (08:00 – 17:00) to receive your parcel.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied during checkout.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

Please report damaged deliveries within 48 hours of receiving your order.
