Returns & Refunds Policy – Aura Origins
At Aura Origins, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 60-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Hygiene Items
For hygiene reasons, used hair brushes and hair care products cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist you quickly, we may request:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
